Holidays. The connotations are of a cheery time, filled with activities, shopping/cinema trips, or even plain old slacking at home. But..

Come back to the reality.

There's the Mid Autumn celebration, and the coordination is horribly lousy. Wasn't it supposed to start at 9.30? Why were people strolling in at 10.45? And is it ok just because they had a chalet? What about those working?? Oh, so we're allowed to not take part if we have a job? Then we can just skip this whole abomination? And why was there so much time that the stupid people could keep competing who had the 'BEST JOKE OF THE YEAR'? zz.

And why did I bother to get so involved? Why did the other batch escape unscathed without taking part in the performance? Why?? So what should we do? Just not follow the rules? Is that it? And what about my lunch?

I totally HATE poor coordination and STUPID people who get to be in charge.

And there's Teachers' Day. I'm just so glad I'm not reliving last year (counting down to O's) It seems so hard to just get one person to accompany. I didn't even ask for a whole day outing, just 2 hours, maybe? Ok, I did trap myself in that clique last year before it broke apart. But must I be comdemned?? zz.

Plus there's loads of things thatare just.. unreachable. Why must I always be so cheapskate to get what I want? If I had a choice, wouldn't I rather be strolling down Orchard buying whatever I want?

I have this total lack of faith now. In everything, everyone. Rules SUCK big time.

I'm back, I'm fine, and I'm exuberant!! Ok.. There was some MINOR dispute that made me feel like jumping down, seriously. Thanks to my cool and collected mind, I was able to ensure my safety, though I did stare into the thin air for an hour before talking. To myself.

Friday I met Fanny at Glutton's Bay, which she mockingly said was not a restaurant. Then we went to the bayside and chatted a while. She wanted to go Haagen Dazs, but was deterred by the lack of money. Or, undeterred, whichever way you see. We went up, and she asked me to pay for the service charge cum GST, which was just to fleece our money. Despite our 'pool of money' , our combined money, we were still short of a few dollars. *So embarrased* We then went out to get the takeaway.

Next stop was Fullerton Hotel, where we explored the place inside out. I 'kope' back this bottle of bath foam at her suggestion. HAHA. But even though it's only one, it was still nice and fragrant. The 8th floor was also a nice place to chat, though it seemed forbidden and I felt so restrained. She kept saying ' It's not illegal for us to be here!'

Her mum drove us home (me to Potong Pasir station) and I got home at 11 plus. Surprisingly, no one called me all the time asking about my whereabouts.

Saturday I was TRICKED!! *OMG* It was the finals of CSS2 and the WICKED WITCHES OF THE WEST AND (god knows where) didn't tell me!! Imagine my shocked expression when KCDC told me the final 2 was out. zz. *arms shaking and whole body flailing*

Go to KCDC's blog for more pictorial updates then. Still in the midst of collecting my body parts due to excessive emotional attacks.

Speaking of which, some portions should be thanks to the extra people who thought they were contributing in a MAJOR way but were in fact adding to the nonsensical-ness of the script. Where were you guys when we needed people to help?? Just waiting and deciding to EDIT when it was supposed to be done?

How wonderful.

It seems as though the weight of a world has been lifted after the Lit test. The feeling is just so.. carefree. Nothing is weighing at the back of our minds now.

And that was yesterday.Woke up at 10.30 this morning, hence left with little time to prepare. Got to Vivo at 12, and some people were late. And lost. I had to walk back from the mall to the station like 3,4 times. Anyway, we ate and roamed around. The book talk was at 4, but we were already at Page One at 3 to see the 'stage' being set up. And... We saw Kym Ng!!! *leaps* I plucked up the courage and actually went up to get a signature. She was like, 'ok, can'. Then more people came and we stayed there till around 5.30.

Had to see Shi Hui, who was apparently out to 'seduce' everyone, but ended up SCARING. *shivers hard* Then it was dinner at Burger King's followed by more roaming and sitting, and of course, gossiping at the seats. That took almost 2 hours.

Yup.. I think we should get more points since we were the earliest to reach and latest to leave. Anyway, here's wishing everyone a happy and fulfilling holiday!! Make yourself more enriched and recharged for the next semester!! See ya guys soon!!

One semester seems to have passed so quickly.. Gosh..

Just realised that we went to City Hall/Bugis for 3 times this week, and counting in tomorrow's outing cum support for Jun Wei Laoshi, those ANCIENT people have certainly 赚到..

Today's test was, well, average. But since it's over, nothing much can be done. Ok,next. The hysterical 诗慧 was late!! And she kept laughing on the way to school; Fillet refused to buy breakfast for me. (I had a mooncake before that. Arh.. Thanks for your concern) Then the rain impeded our progress to the far-flung exam hall, thus we were only allowed in at 9. That old man was so law-abiding we wonder he does his.. things..

After the test was movie time! But that was after we filled our stomachs at Pizza Hut, with the cheap student meals. (cheapskate) 'License to wed' was nice! It talks about a couple that was put to the test, which means a crash course for marriage preparation in this case, and hilarious results were produced. They had toy babies that behaved like real ones, but the facial features only express their feelings of constipation.*
Anyway, go watch it.

There was also this scary scene, but I'm not going to recount it. *Harrowing experience* Dinner was at food court , and since there was the fireworks display tonight, people thronged the streets of Marina Bay. We didn't feel that comfortable with the myriad people pushing and rushing. That was also what happened when we went home. *Tried to*

Ok. Off to gallivanting. Au revoir

Monday... Again.. And it's only days away from the major Lit test.. Gosh..

Went out with Ms扁扁 and Ms 王昭君 to City Hall (yes, once again). Had lunch at Mac, since they were so cheapskate. Then we chatted alot while on the way to Funan next; today's weather was quite fine. That was till 4 plus, what with the ancient beauty looking for the FLAT laptop case and her Ipod skin. Yup, then we walked back to Esplanade to dine at Haagen Dazs, and were shocked to see that a small piece of mooncake costs $20 plus.. So the meal was changed to few scoops of ice-cream. Library was our next destination.

At 昭君阿婆's suggestion, we walked to Bugis Street to look for her Ipod skin, which was not found before at Funan. Dinner was at Bugis, and well, someone just chose this weird thing. Shan't say much. By 8 plus, we were travelling back to Raffles City to chi chat by the fountain. Got home at 10 plus.

Just realised I'm swamped for the whole week! Tomorrow's interview, Wed's school visit with Fillet, Thurs's outing with FAFF. Of cos Fri we're going out for 'License To Wed'. So by weekend, it's a miracle I'll survive. But that's still REALLY better than having music lessons. Teachers (minus one) ROCK!!! You GUYS ARE THE BEST!!!

Ok, seriously busy. MQ, you're reminded to ask about the reporter thing for me. Then KCDC, you're expected to pass the thumbdrive with photos to MQ. Should be all.

Got back from the airport!! The journey back was certainly SHORTER than the journey there.. Someone really cheated me of my time...

Was hungry again, since I didn't have anything for breakfast. Then the cheapskate gang went over to Swensen's, but decided to eat at the staff canteen. (Can you imagine going in, then leaving?!) Ya, the chicken rice wasn't cheap too.

Then went over to god-knew-terminal-what to study. That was for a half hour before Helen complained about being sleepy. The queen then insisted that we go to FAIRPRICE to buy coffee. (Cheapskate) We went up shortly after and had to find another seat.

Helen started commenting about the QUEEN being a pig or something, and in response to her about-to-hit-me movement, I knocked over my coffee, spilling the cute red book in the process (Yes, the red book) So I had to gather a huge pileof tissues from the cafe where we were to clear up..

Packed for the second time to go buy a nice notebook at the other terminal. Went back to Popeye's later on to continue studying, and it was around 6 plus. (By the way, I was so kind to take the plastic bag for the QUEEN the whole time!) That was Helen's birthday present for both of us.

Felt so cheated afterwards for having bought the 'Chicken Split' meal, something like chicken sticks. Fries were nice, but that wasn't even the main thing. (Argh!!) By the way, Queen was said to be eating like a hamster.
*PIG+HAMSTER=QUEEN*

Went to take photos downstairs, and the results were quite disastrous.. Something STINKY happened too.. HAHA..

Seriously, having nothing to do is very boring.. It's public holiday, which means that everywhere you go, it'll be crowded. Gosh..

So having nothing much to do, I ordered pizza for lunch; that was a decision made after seeing nothing else to eat in the fridge.

Melting to death.. I'm not much of a public-holiday person, especially when it's on a hot day. Hai.. Off to Lit now.

BIG Thanks to Nan LaoShi for being so kind and helping us with printing, even though we called you out several times =)

BIG Thanks to fillet too, for being a real savour by lending us your comp, and saving us the trouble of going to the library. =))

Thanks to the other people who were in the staff room, who hanged around and relieved a tiny part of my tension (I'll assume you didn't actually want to go off but couldn't).

Now for the cursing part.. Hold your breath..

YOU BIG FOOL OF THE CENTURY! YOU FILTHY SEA CREATURE THAT POLLUTES THE SEA AND DESERVES TO VANISH INTO THE AIR. YOU SELF-ABSORBED MONSTER THAT MAKES EVEN THE MOST-HIDEOUS MONSTER LOOK LIKE A FAIRY! EVEN HELL CONSIDERS WHETHER IT SHOULD KEEP YOU.. BUT THEN AGAIN, NO PLACE SUITS YOU BETTER...

Well, that felt better. That was for all the footnotes that we had to do; there was no instruction, and you just tell us when you feel like it. Go to hell. Who would be so stupid as to come out and see who already handed in the piles of dung for you to devour like a hungry pig? Who would be so free as to do all that? But you.

The outing went quite well, just that I'm awaiting that call.
Ok, off to slack. Bye!

Gonna be a fast one since I've obviously got alot of stuff to do.

There was the concert in school today, which I hvae no idea why it's compulsory. Anyway Fillet and I were sick at home and thus unable to attend. HAHA. Instead, I went swimming in the morning and did the music project, then went to roam around with another friend.

Got to Marina at 2 plus and this THING was late! That cheapskate actually wanted to take the bus there, but luckily I pointed out that she was never going to reach there if she did. I had to have my lunch myself... Then we went to the library for IT to do its project. I almost fell asleep.

Went shopping and roaming. Should be all, and according to another friend, the concert ended at around 6 just now. Ooh.. And they still have projects to do while I'm stuck here blogging.. The symptons of the free-ness illness..

By the way, I got A- for my test on Friday!! Thanks to the nice people whom I told this news to, I eventually thought I was good at something once again. Yup, a nice step..

Ok, last lesson of the semester tomorrow. Good luck to my near future's endearvous!!

I haven't finished my homework, and those that I did isn't really all that perfect.. But I'm just taking a breather..

Had a wonderful Saturday this week, going out with them and spending the day without any care of homework. Was rather rush-y since two of them had to do project at the library while I was slacking away with another friend. Got home at around 11.

Spent today like I was waiting for something dramatic to happen. 'Cos there wasn't really much to do. (And by dramatic, I dun mean being a lead cast in the upcoming show. People can just shrug and say '我不要演' in that 'ENGLISH' accent and get away..)Of course no one in our class speaks with an English accent.. It's like the FANTASTIC results aren't enough; there's got to be stupid celebrations that rob people's time. Wouldn'thave happened if I explored my options carefully before. Just miss.... something....
